  Typical KFC , greasy skin on small chicken parts.  They used to take the time to clean trim these birds. ..now its just rush it out.  Now I'm over 70 and I look it, why can't they remember to apply my senior discount?
  We keep going back, hoping it will improve!

  Wow, staff are incredibly rude! The woman corrected my husband for saying coleslaw wrong, like wow! He's from another country and doesn't always say things correctly but that is absolutely no one's business to correct him for it. Other employees didn't smile back and just had a rude vibe. I will not be coming back.

  Horrible service by immature and unprofessional employees.  I will never visit this location again.  My complaint has been given to corporate and I will follow up.  Not only did they treat me terribly, but they left something off my order and gave me soggy chicken with the skin taken off.  I have attached photos that were sent to corporate.  I will see to it that these young ladies at the drive thru know that they will not treat people this way and get away with it

  I wouldn't even give this location one star! The staff including the manager are extremely rude. I ordered almost $40 worth of food and then when I was given my receipt I saw they added items I didn't even order. When I informed the manager they refused to give me my money back and correct the order before I even received my food. Then was refused to be sold a drink. Mind you I was very nice through this whole ordeal. The manager literally laughed at me when I asked why my order couldn't be corrected. Then the food that I received in wouldn't have even fed my dog. The biscuits were undercooked and flat, the chicken looks as if it was cooked in week old grease and they gave me the wrong side items. I won't be going back to KFC!! What a waste of $40!!!

  I don't understand how they function. Multiple times I've had items left out. Last night night, they took my order for a meal.... and forgot to ask what sides I wanted. I had to remind them through the speaker. When I got to the window the manager took my card and I asked about the sides to make sure they were right. He checked the screen then checked my bag and said "yep. They're all in there"..    guess what? No they weren't. Missing a side. 2 stars just because the food I do get is decent
